Privacy Policy

Serve & Space processes only information needed to provide the service and is designed to keep guest input in the user's browser by default.
1. Information we process
- Registration and sign-in: email address, verification state, records of terms, privacy and age confirmation, and optional marketing preference
- Profile: display name, language, time zone, units, and time-format preferences
- Projects: recipes, cooking schedules, furniture and space measurements, and movement routes that you explicitly choose to save to the cloud
- Security and operation: access time, request identifiers, error records, sessions, and essential security cookies
- Optional analytics and advertising: with consent, visited pages, feature-use events, approximate location, device and browser information, and advertising measurement data
2. Why we process it
- Account creation, email verification, sign-in, and account security
- Storage, synchronization, and sharing of selected projects
- Error response, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service reliability
- Product updates only when you separately choose to receive them
3. Storage and retention
- Guest projects are stored in the current browser's IndexedDB by default and may be removed when you clear browser data.
- Account data is kept until account or project deletion, or while reasonably needed to provide the service.
- Security records and records required by law are deleted or anonymized after their purpose or required retention period ends.
4. Service providers and international processing
- We may use Supabase for authentication and database services and Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification.
- When you optionally consent, Google Analytics 4 may process usage statistics and Google AdSense may process ad-delivery and measurement data. Recipe text, furniture measurements, and share tokens are excluded from analytics and advertising events.
- These providers may process information as needed to operate the service. Before commercial launch, the actual processing region, retention period, and international-transfer disclosures must be finalized here.
- Serve & Space does not sell personal information or provide project content to advertisers unless required by law or directed by the user.
5. Users under 14
- We do not currently provide a verified parental-consent process, so users under 14 may not create an account.
- If we learn that an account for a user under 14 has been processed, we will verify and delete it. Core guest tools remain available without an account.
6. Your choices and rights
- Use the account area to access, update, export, or delete your profile and saved projects.
- You may withdraw marketing consent and revoke a sharing link at any time.
- Submit access, correction, deletion, or processing-restriction requests from the data-request page.
