Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Serve & Space, including CookSync, MovePath 3D, and related account features. Creating an account or continuing to use the service means that you accept them.
1. What the service provides
CookSync calculates cooking sequences from recipes you enter. MovePath 3D simulates furniture clearance using measurements you enter. Guests can try the core tools with browser storage; registered users can save supported projects to an account and create managed sharing links.
2. Accounts and age
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Serve & Space does not currently provide a verified parental-consent flow, so users under 14 may not create an account. The core guest tools remain available without an account.
3. Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in recipes, measurements, and project material you enter. You may not infringe another person's rights, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
4. Limits of calculations
CookSync schedules do not guarantee food safety, and MovePath 3D results do not guarantee physical clearance. Check official food-safety guidance with suitable equipment, and remeasure the furniture and complete route before moving day.
5. Storage, sharing, and deletion
Guest projects stay in the current browser by default. Only projects a signed-in user explicitly saves are synchronized to an account. Anyone with a sharing link may view the content allowed by that link, so share it only with people you trust. You may request project or account deletion from the account area.
6. Paid features and changes
No payment is taken unless a price and checkout are expressly shown. Before launching paid features, we will present price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Material changes to these terms will be identified in the service with their effective date.
7. Service changes and responsibility
We may change or restrict a feature when reasonably required for safety, security, legal compliance, or operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and does not warrant decisions based solely on inaccurate inputs or planning estimates.
